1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account with 9d99, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the 9d99 platform, including registered account holders, visitors who browse without registering, and any person who accesses the platform through any device or browser.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 9d99 platform. 9d99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 3. Eligibility
The 9d99 platform is available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using 9d99 you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform.

Accounts found to be registered by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds held will be returned to the payment source after deduction of any bonuses received.
- 2You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person.
- 3You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 9d99, nor an immediate family member of any such person. Persons with access to non-public operational information about 9d99 are not permitted to use the platform for betting or wagering.
- 4You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 9d99 for a breach of these Terms. If a previously closed account is discovered to be associated with a new registration, the new account will also be closed and any balance forfeited.
- 5You are using funds that are lawfully your own. You are not permitted to use funds derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity to fund a 9d99 account. 9d99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its KYC and anti-money-laundering procedures.
4. Account Registration and KYC
To access the full features of 9d99 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation — you must register an account and complete the identity verification process. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password. The mobile number you provide becomes your account identifier and is used for all account recovery purposes.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document. 9d99 may request additional documentation at any time where it deems this necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions.
- 1You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
- 2Only one account per person is permitted. If 9d99 discovers that a person holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — all accounts except the first verified account may be closed and any balance forfeited.
- 3You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 9d99 will never ask you to share your password by SMS, email, or any other channel.
- 4You must notify 9d99 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 9d99 will investigate reported unauthorised access promptly and take appropriate action to secure the affected account.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
9d99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the mobile financial services most widely used in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 9d99 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts — accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same mobile financial service account used to make the corresponding deposit. 9d99 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposit.
- 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 9d99 may set minimum and maximum transaction limits from time to time; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.
- 2Deposits are credited to your 9d99 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes of the transaction, you should contact 9d99 support with proof of the transaction.
- 3Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for verified accounts, subject to the completion of any required security checks. 9d99 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal request where additional verification is required.
- 49d99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where it has reason to believe the withdrawal may be connected to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity.
- 5All funds held in your 9d99 account are held in trust for you. 9d99 does not use player funds for operational purposes. In the event of account closure initiated by 9d99 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
9d99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and Conditions and to any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be published alongside the offer.
Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
- 1A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. 9d99 uses device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming a welcome bonus more than once.
- 2Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and suspension of the account.
- 39d99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to use it, any bonus funds already credited will be removed from the account.
- 4Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid on the designated games only and expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired free spins are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
- 5Cashback promotions, where offered, are calculated on net losses over the stated qualifying period and credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement. Cashback is not applied to losses incurred using bonus funds.
7. Game Rules and Betting
All games available on 9d99 are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, and NetEnt. Game outcomes are determined by the game supplier's certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. 9d99 has no ability to influence or alter game outcomes.
For sports betting markets, 9d99 reserves the right to void a market where the event is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined period, or where there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player. Settlement of sports betting markets is final once confirmed.
- 1Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to check the details of any bet before confirming it. 9d99 is not responsible for errors in a bet resulting from player input mistakes.
- 2In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or a live casino session, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be void. Any stake placed on the voided round will be returned to the player. 9d99 will not be liable for any losses claimed to have resulted from a technical malfunction.
- 39d99 publishes the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for every slot and table game in the lobby. These figures are provided by the certified game supplier and reflect the theoretical long-term average return. RTP figures do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- 4Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or bonus rounds. Where a maximum win cap is in place, any winnings exceeding the stated cap will not be paid out. Maximum win caps, where applicable, are disclosed in the game information panel and in the relevant promotion terms.
8. Responsible Gaming
9d99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. 9d99 recognises that for a small minority of individuals, gambling can become a problem, and it takes its obligations to those players seriously.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 9d99 players. These tools can be activated through the account settings panel. Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated, it cannot be reversed until the stated period has elapsed.
- 1Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- 2Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, the player will be notified and the session will end. Session time limits reset at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
- 3Cooling-off period: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
- 4Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion. A self-exclusion of 6 months or longer cannot be reversed. 9. Account Suspension and Termination
9d99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions or has engaged in conduct that is harmful to 9d99 or other players.
- 1Grounds for immediate suspension without notice include: providing false identity information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in collusion or cheating, using automated betting software or bots, and any conduct that constitutes fraud or money laundering.
- 2Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 9d99 will conduct its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will notify the player of the outcome. If the investigation finds no breach of these Terms, the account will be reinstated and any funds withheld during the suspension will be made available.
- 3Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, 9d99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where forfeiture of real-money funds is applied, 9d99 will provide a written explanation of the grounds for forfeiture.
- 4A player may close their own account at any time by contacting 9d99 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
10. Limitation of Liability
9d99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 9d99 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate operation of the platform, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9d99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. 9d99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 19d99 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.
- 29d99 does not accept liability for any errors in odds, game results, or settlement figures that arise from a clearly erroneous technical error. In such cases, 9d99 reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected markets at the correct figures.
- 3Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the 9d99 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of 9d99 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the 9d99 platform without the prior written consent of 9d99. Unauthorised use of 9d99 intellectual property may result in legal action.
12. Privacy and Data
9d99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using 9d99 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9d99 implements SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access control measures to protect player data. 9d99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.
13. Amendments to These Terms
9d99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially changes the rights or obligations of registered players, 9d99 will endeavour to provide notice via the registered mobile number or by an in-platform notification.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 9d99 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 9d99 operates as an online platform providing entertainment services and does not make any specific representations as to the applicable legal jurisdiction governing online gaming in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 9d99 complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
Any dispute between a player and 9d99 should in the first instance be submitted to 9d99 customer support at [email protected] for resolution. 9d99 aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 48 hours and to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
